Refund Policy
We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process for all users.
1. Virtual Currency (Coins & Bonus Coins)
Purchased Coins
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Technical Issue: If purchased coins are not credited, please provide your order ID or a screenshot as proof. After verification, a refund or appropriate compensation will be processed within 3 business days.
- Accidental Purchase by Minor: A full refund will be issued upon valid age verification.
Bonus Coins
- Coins awarded through promotions, referrals, or events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. VIP Subscription
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.
Refund Eligibility
- Unused Subscriptions: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided no VIP content has been accessed.
- Service Disruption: If VIP content becomes unavailable or the service is interrupted, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused days.
- Unauthorized Renewal: If you were charged due to undisclosed auto-renewal, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email reader-service@outlook.com with the following details:
- Registered email or phone number
- Order ID or purchase receipt
- Reason for refund
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Bonus coins that have been used
- VIP subscriptions where more than one episode or benefit has been accessed
- Issues caused by the user's device, network, or misuse
- Fraudulent claims; repeated abuse may result in account suspension
5. Additional Terms
- This policy adheres to local consumer protection and digital goods laws.
- Refunds may exclude third-party transaction fees.
- Any unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration under the jurisdiction of the platform's operating country.
